Unrecorded concertina booklet showing Dieter Roth at work

Price

€ 275,00

A scarce privately printed concertina booklet capturing Swiss artist Dieter Roth (1930–1998) at work in The Hague on 1 July 1977, published by Dutch art historian Kees Broos.

Kees Broos (1940–2015) was a leading Dutch scholar of art and design. He authored the seminal monograph on Piet Zwart and co-authored Grafische Vormgeving in Nederland, still regarded as the standard reference in Dutch graphic design history.

This intimate booklet offers a rare glimpse of Roth in action, blending the immediacy of documentary photography with the collectability of a private press artist’s book.
